Tanzanian Peaberry
Heavy body. Subtle flavors of wine or fruit

Peaberries occur when the coffee "cherry" develops a single oval bean rather than the typical pair of flat-sided beans. These little oddball beans are separated out during the sorting process. Tanzanian Peaberries produce a lighter-bodied, slightly "brighter" coffee than the beans from which they are separated.
